Although our stated delivery time is ten working days, orders are usually dispatched much sooner.

Post and packaging is £5.97 for orders up to £59.99. For orders with a value of £60.00 and over, post and packaging is free.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to order from this site. Follow the 'Don't have a PayPal account?' link on the checkout page.

If you would rather pay by cheque, please send it to Frame Artistry, P.O. Box 5167, Brighton BN50 9UH. Please include full details of your order, your contact details, and the address to which you wish the print / frame to be sent (Sorry, UK addresses only). Cheques should be made payable to 'Frame Artistry'. Our mail order form can be used if desired.

Users of 'tabbed' browsers (Mozilla Firefox, etc. may find the Paypal 'continue shopping' button does not switch screens. In this case simply return to the FrameArtistry site by clicking on the relevant tab at the top of the window. You may also find that the 'Add to cart' and 'View cart' buttons don't automatically bring the Paypal page to the front – again, in this case simply use the tabs to select the desired screen.

All sizes and measurements on this site are approximate.

Please note that computer monitors do not always display colours realistically – the colour of the print(s) and/or frame (s) you receive may differ slightly from that of their on-screen images.

We only ship to UK addresses, and only accept payment in pounds sterling.

Prints are dispatched in a heavy-duty cardboard tube. Framed prints are boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap. Please take due care when opening / removing the packaging. Although we package our frames extremely well, the glass can very occasionally break in transit. (Naturally, should this occur we'll arrange for the damaged frame to be collected and a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.)

We’re confident that you will be extremely happy with your print, but if for any reason you are not we will happily change it, provided you return it to us in ‘as new’ condition. (Sorry, we cannot refund any postage costs you may incur). And, for your total peace of mind, we operate a 14 day no-quibble refund policy, again providing that the order is returned to us in an ‘as new’ condition, and under the condition that any costs incurred in returning the frame to us will not be refunded.

Any tampering with or manipulation of this site in order to change prices or otherwise defraud will be reported to the police and to Paypal. If the incorrect amount is received for any product offered on this site then the transaction will not be honoured and funds will not be returned.
